How to Do It?
Step 1: Confirm your access details
Your IT team shares your login email and the SimplerQMS link about a week before your start date.

Step 2: Sign the Electronic Signature Agreement (if requested)
Your IT department may ask you to sign the Electronic Signature Agreement electronically or physically. Complete it before performing any actions that require an e-signature.
❗ Compliance requirement: The Electronic Signature Agreement is required to support compliance with electronic records and signatures (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11). If you haven’t signed it, you may be blocked from approving or acknowledging records.

📝 The agreement confirms you understand how your electronic signature will be used to uniquely identify you, that it is legally binding, and that you must protect your credentials.
Step 3. Read and acknowledge your Learning records
Complete your onboarding Learning (training) from your first day.
Open your Learning from My Work (Learning section)
Open each assigned record and read the required documents
Acknowledge electronically when finished
💡 Tip: If you don’t see any Learning assigned, contact your Learning Administrator or QA.
