Keep your user details accurate and notification preferences tuned so you receive the right alerts at the right time.

Who Is This For?

  • All Users – maintaining personal info and email notification settings

  • Managers / QA – ensuring team contact details and alerts support compliance

  • IT / Admins – assisting users with account updates when needed

How to Do It?

Step 1: Update your user information

From the sidebar, select your profile to manage your personal details and preferences.

  1. Use the Information tab to review and update your details.

  2. Confirm your name and email address.

  3. Update any fields that are out of date (e.g., job title, department if available).

  4. Click Update to save.

❗ Compliance reminder: Keep your email address current. Incorrect details can cause missed approvals or training reminders.


Step 2: Configure notification preferences

Choose how often SimplerQMS should email you about tasks and alerts.

  1. Go to the Notifications tab.

  2. Toggle Email notifications On/Off.

  3. Select a delivery frequency: hourly, every 2 hours, every 6 hours, every 12 hours, or once per day.

  4. Click Update to apply.
