Steps to Update Profile Information:
Click the arrow next to the profile name and select Account Settings.
In the Profile tab, you can edit your personal information, such as your name or email address.
Once you've made the necessary changes, click Update to save the changes.
❗ Compliance reminder: Keep your email address current. Incorrect details can cause missed approvals or training reminders.
Step 2: Notifications
The Notifications tab allows you to control how system alerts and reminders are received, ensuring you're notified about important events and updates.
How Notifications Work
How Notifications Work
Grouped and Delayed: Notifications are not sent immediately to avoid overwhelming users with a flood of emails. Instead, they are delayed and grouped together. This means that instead of receiving individual emails for each update, you’ll get a consolidated notification with multiple updates in a single message.
User Control: Each user has control over how often they want to receive notifications, allowing you to set a frequency that best fits your needs and avoids unnecessary interruptions.
Delivered vs. Seen notifications: Notifications go through two stages: delivered and seen.
Delivered
A notification is considered delivered once it has been sent to your browser or email. For example:
When you have the application open, notifications are delivered directly to the app.
A notification bubble or counter may appear to let you know something new is available.
Seen
A notification becomes seen when you actually open or view it inside the application. This helps you easily distinguish between:
New updates you haven’t looked at yet
Notifications you have already reviewed

When notifications are sent
When notifications are sent
Notifications are prioritized within the app.
If the app is open, they are delivered immediately. If not, email notifications are sent based on your profile settings, but only if the notification hasn't been marked as seen.
Once marked as seen in the app, no email will be sent.
Notifications are only sent once via email.
Steps to Manage Notifications:
In the Notifications tab, enable or disable email notifications using the toggle option.
Choose your preferred delivery frequency from the drop-down list. You can select:
Hourly
Every 2 hours
Every 6 hours
Every 12 hours
Once per day
After making your selections, click Update to save your changes.
Why don't I receive notifications in my demo or training organization?
Why don't I receive notifications in my demo or training organization?
Notifications via email only work with real email addresses. We use dummy email addresses in demo or training organizations, that's why you won't receive email notifications.
