Who Is This For?

  • All Users – maintaining personal info and email notification settings

  • Managers / QA – ensuring team contact details and alerts support compliance

  • IT / Admins – assisting users with account updates when needed

How to Do It?

Step 1: Profile

The Profile tab contains key personal details and account settings. Users can update their information to ensure it remains accurate.

Steps to Update Profile Information:

  • Click the arrow next to the profile name and select Account Settings.

  • In the Profile tab, you can edit your personal information, such as your name or email address.

  • Once you've made the necessary changes, click Update to save the changes.

❗ Compliance reminder: Keep your email address current. Incorrect details can cause missed approvals or training reminders.


Step 2: Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to control how system alerts and reminders are received, ensuring you're notified about important events and updates.

Steps to Manage Notifications:

  • In the Notifications tab, enable or disable email notifications using the toggle option.

  • Choose your preferred delivery frequency from the drop-down list. You can select:

    • Hourly

    • Every 2 hours

    • Every 6 hours

    • Every 12 hours

    • Once per day

  • After making your selections, click Update to save your changes.
