Logging In and Getting Started

Securely access SimplerQMS and land on the My Work Dashboard to begin work without delay.

Who Is This For?

  • All Users – accessing SimplerQMS for daily tasks

  • New Users – first-time login and environment setup

  • IT Administrators – supporting user access and troubleshooting

How to Do It?

Step 1: Go to the SimplerQMS login page

Use a supported browser (recommended: Google Chrome) for best performance and navigate to: https://app.simplerqms.com/

💡 Tip: You can bookmark the login page for quicker access next time.


Step 2: Sign in with your Microsoft account

Enter your Microsoft account (usually your company email) and password, then select Log in.

Compliance reminder: Never share your credentials. If you suspect your account is compromised, inform your IT department immediately.


Step 3: Access your dashboard

After successful authentication, you are redirected to Home > My Work Dashboard with assigned work and quick filters.

Having trouble logging in?

  • First, verify your username and password are correct.

  • If you still cannot log in, contact your company’s IT department.

  • If your IT team needs help, they can reach out to SimplerQMS Support.


Tips

  • 💡 If your company uses SSO/MFA, keep your authenticator or mobile device handy during login.

  • 💡 If the page doesn’t load correctly, clear browser cache or try an incognito window.
