Monitor training progress across your organization or within a single training rule so you can spot pending and overdue items and keep teams compliant.

Updated over a week ago

Who Is This For?

  • Training/Learning Admins — tracking organization-wide progress

  • QA / Administrators — overseeing compliance and escalations

  • Process/Department Managers — checking team-specific completion

How to Do It?

Option 1: From the Organization Training

  1. Go to Training → Organization Training from the sidebar.

  2. Use the in-list search box or sort by column headers to locate records.

  3. Check the Organization Training Status panel for:

    • % completed of assignments

    • Total completed, pending, and overdue records

    • Average completion time and total overdue count

💡Tip: Filter by status (Completed, Pending, Overdue) to focus on what needs attention. Use this overview for audits and management reviews to demonstrate training effectiveness.

Option 2: From the Training Rules list

  1. For rule-specific insights, go to Training → Training Rules.

  2. Use search or sort to find the rule you want to review, then open it.

  3. Inside the rule, view:

    • Training Matrix — per-user status per document

    • Training Records — detailed entries with status and due dates

💡Tip: Use the matrix to quickly identify who is pending on which document.

Troubleshooting missing or unexpected records

  • Confirm the source document is Effective or For Training.

  • Ensure the training rule is Active and has at least one user or group assigned.

  • If a document was recently updated, new records may generate based on your rule and retraining settings.

  • For targeted checks, compare the Organization Training view with the rule’s Training Matrix to isolate scope differences.

Tips

  • 💡 Investigate spikes in Overdue by checking the rule’s Timing and Retraining settings.

  • 💡 Prefer groups for assignments; when staff changes, updates to the group auto-refresh who must train.

  • 💡 If records didn’t generate, confirm the document is Effective or For Training and the rule is Active with assignees.
