Troubleshooting missing or unexpected records
Troubleshooting missing or unexpected records
Confirm the source document is Effective or For Training.
Ensure the training rule is Active and has at least one user or group assigned.
If a document was recently updated, new records may generate based on your rule and retraining settings.
For targeted checks, compare the Organization Training view with the rule’s Training Matrix to isolate scope differences.

Tips
💡 Investigate spikes in Overdue by checking the rule’s Timing and Retraining settings.
💡 Prefer groups for assignments; when staff changes, updates to the group auto-refresh who must train.
💡 If records didn’t generate, confirm the document is Effective or For Training and the rule is Active with assignees.
