Who Is This For?
Training/Learning Admins — monitoring overdue records across the organization
QA / Administrators — ensuring timely completion and escalation
Process/Department Managers — following up with their teams
How to Do It?
Option 1: View all overdue records across the organization
Use the organization-wide view to see every overdue training record in one place.
Go to Training → Organization Training from the sidebar.
Sort or filter by the Status column to show all Learning Overdue records.
❗ Automatic status & notifications: When a training due date passes, the status switches to Learning Overdue and the assigned learner is notified to complete and e-sign.

Option 2: Review overdue records within a specific training rule
Drill down per rule to see who’s overdue for which document.
Go to Training → Training Rules.
Locate the rule (use in-list search or sort the columns) and open it.
Review Training Matrix and/or Training Records to identify overdue items by user and document.
💡 Use the Training Matrix to spot patterns (e.g., many overdues on one SOP) and address content or timing.
Troubleshooting overdue status
Troubleshooting overdue status
Verify the training rule is Active and includes the correct users/groups.
Check if the document was recently updated; new versions may generate additional records.
Communicate due dates early and include expectations for electronic signatures to finalize completion.
For systemic delays, consider staggering deadlines or adding reminders via your training communications process.

Tips
💡 If many records are overdue, revisit the rule’s Timing and Retraining settings to set realistic deadlines.
💡 Assign by groups (e.g., QC Technicians) so roster changes auto-update who needs the training.
💡 Confirm the source document is Effective or For Training and the rule is Active—otherwise records won’t generate.
