Creating a Training Rule

Link released training materials to specific users or groups so SimplerQMS can automatically generate training records.

Who Is This For?

  • Learning/Training Admins — configuring and activating training rules

  • QA / Administrators — ensuring prerequisites and compliance are met

  • Process/Department Managers — organizing assignments via groups

How to Do It?

  1. Go to Training → Training Rules from the sidebar. Click New Training Rule in the upper-right corner.

  2. Enter a clear, searchable Title for the training rule, then click Save.

💡Tip: Use a consistent naming pattern, e.g., “GMP Fundamentals – Production Operators”.


Tips

  • 💡 Keep titles concise and role-specific (topic + audience) to simplify reporting.

  • 💡 Prefer groups for recurring assignments; this reduces maintenance when staff changes.

  • 💡 Create the rule now, then configure scope, assignees, and activation in the next steps.
