Using the My Work Dashboard

Give every user a focused view of assignments and deadlines so the most important work is handled on time and in compliance.

Who Is This For?

  • All Users – tracking and completing assigned work

  • Approvers / Reviewers – prioritizing items that need action

  • QA / Managers – monitoring overdue items and overall workload

How to Do It?

Step 1: Open the My Work Dashboard

Go to Home > My Work to see your personalized dashboard with tasks and quick filters.

Step 2: Use quick filters to focus your work

At the top, select one of the quick filter tabs to narrow your list.

  • All – Shows all active tasks and assignments, including approvals, training, and document reviews.

  • Upcoming – Shows items with future due dates to help you plan ahead.

  • Overdue – Highlights tasks past their due date that need immediate attention.

πŸ’‘Tip: Use Upcoming at the start of the week to plan, and Overdue daily to prevent compliance gaps.

Step 3: Preview assignments before acting

Click any item under My Work to open a preview panel with a short description. Depending on the task type, you may also see:

  • Document preview

  • Key properties (Owner, Due Date, Status)

  • Change history

This allows you to evaluate content quickly before moving to the next step (e.g., review, approval, or training acknowledgement).

Step 4: Open the full record to complete the task

From the preview, select Open (or click the record title) to access the full item and complete the required action.

  • πŸ’‘ Use the All tab when you want the full picture of your workload; switch to Upcoming for planning.

  • πŸ’‘ If the list looks incomplete, confirm you’re in the right module or use the in-list Search to find specific records.
