Bug Fixes and Improvements
Reference Fields
Reference fields now use a consistent selection experience across SimplerQMS. Instead of selecting related records through an inline autocomplete field, users now use the same search and selection dialog available in Referenced Items. Related records are also displayed in a consistent format that includes the document ID, title, and major version.

Document Control
This release includes several improvements to strengthen document workflows.
Improvements include:
Fixed an issue where document approvals could fail after successful authentication.
Improved Change Summary behavior by displaying a system-generated entry for the first major version in Revision History.
These improvements help ensure smoother document approvals and maintain a more complete document revision history.
Change Control
Fixed an issue where documents linked to a Change Request could be prevented from progressing to Awaiting Release because of a required Effective Date.
This improvement helps documents move through Change Request workflows more smoothly and reduces unnecessary workflow interruptions.
Document Numbering
Fixed an issue where automatic numbering for Work Instruction Datasheets could generate incorrect document IDs when using configured prefixes.
This improvement helps maintain consistent document numbering and supports more accurate document identification.
