This release includes several improvements to make document management more consistent throughout the document lifecycle.
Improvements include:
Improved document formatting in Effective PDF versions, including watermark placement, page formatting, and document headers
Improved Change Summary behavior for major document versions
Fixed an issue preventing Document Information from loading correctly
Improved consistency between document workflow states and My Work activities
Improved handling of external document IDs with leading zeros
Improved referenced document behavior across different document states
Improved document exports, including Archived status information.
These improvements help maintain consistent document formatting, improve traceability, and reduce interruptions when managing controlled documents.
Training
This release includes improvements to Training workflows.
Improvements include:
Improved handling of outstanding Training Records assigned to former employees in scenarios affected by previous Change Request workflow issues.

Improved consistency between email notifications and in-app notifications. This helps ensure users receive clearer and more accurate information about assigned activities.
Settings & Administration
Several improvements make administration more reliable.

Fixed an issue preventing administrators from accessing Quality Process settings.
