Personalize Your Profile
You can now customize your profile avatar color directly from Account Settings.
Your selected color is reflected throughout SimplerQMS, including your profile and the Creator column in My Work.

Improved Document Control Workflows
This release includes several improvements to make document workflows more reliable and consistent.
Improvements include:
Fixed an issue where closing Edit Document Information without saving could display unsaved values.
Fixed an issue preventing document attachments from uploading successfully.
Fixed an issue where document creation could fail after removing a selected template.
Corrected Local ID numbering to generate the expected document sequence.
Fixed the For Training stamp so it updates immediately after a document becomes effective.
Fixed the Effective filter to display only effective documents.
These improvements help ensure document information is displayed accurately, reduce interruptions during document management, and improve consistency throughout the document lifecycle.
SimplerQMS Add-In
This release improves the reliability of document editing with the SimplerQMS Add-In.
Improvements include:
Fixed an issue where the Add-In could display a Failed to fetch error during document editing.
This improvement helps users edit and check in documents more reliably without unnecessary interruptions.
Analytics
This release includes improvements to Analytics to make Periodic Review data easier to review.
Improvements include:
Improved the layout of the Periodic Reviews by Owner Last 90 Days chart.
This improvement makes Periodic Review data easier to review and interpret.
Settings
This release includes usability and reliability improvements across Settings.
Improvements include:
Users can no longer create Tags while viewing archived tags.
Fixed an issue where the Settings Audit Trail page could fail to load.
