App Version 1.23.1 is available to all SimplerQMS customers as of June 18, 2026.

Easier User and Group Management

Managing user group memberships is now simpler.

Improvements include:

  • Edit user group memberships directly from Settings → Users

  • View direct and inherited group memberships in one place

  • Manage user access without navigating between multiple groups

These improvements simplify access reviews while making user administration more efficient.


Better Visibility into My Work

This release introduces several improvements to help users prioritize and manage their daily work.

Improvements include:

  • New overdue and almost due icons

  • Most urgent tasks now appear first

  • Due dates are displayed more prominently

  • Search My Work activities using document External IDs

These improvements make it easier to identify priority work, locate document-related tasks, and stay on top of quality activities.


Bug Fixes and Improvements

Improved Document Control Reliability

Several improvements strengthen document management and editing workflows.

Improvements include:

  • Improved accuracy of exported document reports

  • Improved PDF rendering and document display

  • Fixed document version restore functionality

  • Improved document checkout reliability during connection interruptions

  • Enhanced Version History traceability for reviewer and approver changes

  • Improved document rendering consistency

These improvements support more reliable document workflows, improve audit traceability, and reduce interruptions during document editing and review.


Improved Change Control Workflows

This release includes several improvements to Change Request workflows.

Improvements include:

  • Improved document lifecycle consistency when archiving through Change Requests

  • Resolved workflow issues affecting Change Request processing and document assignments

These improvements support more consistent Change Control workflows and clearer document lifecycle management.


Improved Training and Reporting

Several updates improve training accuracy and reporting.

Improvements include:

  • Improved Training export reliability

  • Archived Training Rules no longer generate unnecessary training records

  • Training Rules now display only their associated training records

These improvements help maintain accurate training records and improve reporting for compliance activities.


Improved Search and Filtering

Search has been enhanced across multiple areas of the platform.

Improvements include:

  • Better prioritization of exact attachment ID matches

  • Improved search in Effectiveness Check activities

  • More consistent search behavior across the platform

  • Added search to Event Log filters

These improvements help users find documents, activities, and records more quickly and accurately.


Improved Administration and Usability

This release also includes several usability improvements across the platform.

Improvements include:

  • API Keys moved to the internal administration area

  • Fixed notification loading after email alerts

These improvements simplify administration and provide a more consistent user experience.
