Improved Track Changes Validation
Fixed an issue where documents could incorrectly be flagged as containing tracked changes after all comments and tracked changes had been accepted or resolved.
This fix helps users progress documents through review workflows as expected once all tracked changes have been resolved.
Track changes and comments must be resolved before a document becomes effective. This helps ensure that approved documents accurately reflect the final reviewed content.
