New Feature

Improved Change Request Filtering by Change Type

You can now filter Change Requests by Change Type directly within the existing Filter functionality.

The available Change Type options follow your organization’s configured Change Control settings, helping teams quickly locate Change Requests based on internal processes and classifications.

This improvement helps QA and RA teams find Change Requests faster, improve visibility across different change types, and support more organized review and tracking activities.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Improved Reliability for Change Request Workflows

This release includes workflow improvements to support a more seamless Change Request approval and initiation process.

Improvements include:

Fixed an issue where Change Requests without Planning or Execution review/approval stages could fail during workflow completion. This affected workflows configured with simplified approval structures.
Fixed an issue where users could initiate a new Change Request from a document already controlled by an active Change Request. We also resolved issues related to archiving documents through Change Requests.

These improvements support more reliable Change Control workflows, better traceability during change activities, and improved control over document archiving tied to Change Requests.

Fixed Error Page After Archiving Documents

This release resolved an issue where archiving a document or template redirected users to an error page, even though the archiving action completed successfully.

This improvement provides a more consistent document archiving experience and helps reduce confusion during document lifecycle management.

Improved Document State Filtering in Training Rule Workflows

Fixed an issue where document state filters were not applied correctly within the Document Select process.

This improvement supports more accurate document filtering during Training Rule configuration and easier selection of relevant document versions and states.

Improved Periodic Review Stability

Fixed issues caused by special characters in External IDs affecting Periodic Review workflows.

This improvement provides better support for organizations using structured or customized External ID formats and helps reduce workflow disruptions caused by formatting inconsistencies.

"System User" Hidden from Assignment Selections

System User is now hidden from assignment selections across groups, documents, and training workflows.

This improvement supports a cleaner assignment experience for end users and improves usability across quality processes.
