Document Workflow & Status Management
Restored check-in functionality for documents previously stuck in check-out
Fixed routing issues caused by uneditable due dates in migrated documents
Automatic check-in now works as expected for Word and Excel documents
Approval tab now only displays documents that require approval
Version Control & Audit Trail
Version history now correctly displays key details such as document name and review closure dates
Full version history loads reliably across documents
Revision history now captures user-entered change descriptions accurately
Version selection updates both metadata and document content correctly
Resolved access issues for audit trail in specific edge cases
Template-based documents now display correct version numbers
Access & User Experience
Default user roles from templates are now automatically applied to new documents
Actions are consistently reflected in both notifications and My Work menu
Resolved issues with secondary actions after Microsoft login re-entry
Custom fields can now be edited and saved via the SimplerQMS Add-In
System & Data Maintenance
Fixed an issue where some users could be unexpectedly logged out of the system.
Exported CSV files now include correct document records
