In the life science industry, organizations often operate across multiple locations, subsidiaries, or recently merged entities—each with their own email domain.
With this release, SimplerQMS now supports users from multiple internal email domains within a single organization through your existing Single Sign-On (SSO) setup.
This allows teams across different business units or domains (e.g., company.com, company.dk, or newly merged companies) to securely access the same SimplerQMS environment without requiring changes to their existing email addresses or identity policies.

App Version 1.4.0 is available to all SimplerQMS customers as of February 17, 2026.
Unified Access Across Multiple Internal Domains
Organizations can now grant access to internal users—even if they belong to different email domains—while keeping authentication fully managed through their identity provider (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID).
External users can continue to be onboarded as guest accounts through your SSO provider when needed.
This helps your organization:
Maintain centralized control of user access
Apply consistent security policies
Collaborate securely with external stakeholders
Authentication routing and identity provider logic continue to be configured and managed on your side.
