In this release, we’ve introduced interface improvements in the Document Types section of the Settings menu, making configuration clearer and easier.
This release also includes minor fixes and stability improvements to support reliable and uninterrupted workflows.

App Version 1.3.2 is available to all SimplerQMS customers as of January 28, 2026.
Updated Interface in Document Types
We’ve improved the structure and visual layout of Document Types in the Settings menu. Settings are now grouped with clearer headings and UI text, making it easier to locate and update document configuration options.
This improvement supports more efficient setup and maintenance of document structures, helping teams stay consistent with internal quality requirement. Available for Admin users.
Other Update to Support Your Day-to-Day Work
Improved action panel usability. You can now close an expanded action panel from the Home menu by clicking the X (close) button. Previously, action details could not be collapsed once opened. This update makes navigation smoother and easier to control.
