A clearer, more structured interface for Change Control in Settings
Update on the App Version number placement
This release also includes minor fixes and stability improvements to support reliable and uninterrupted workflows.

App Version 1.3.1 is available to all SimplerQMS customers as of January 22, 2026.
Updated Interface in Change Control
The Change Control section in Settings now follows a more structured and organized layout. With this update, you can more easily:
Define which document types trigger change requests.
Navigate grouped and clearly labeled Change Control settings.
This improvement supports more efficient updates to Change Control configurations, helping organizations respond appropriately to both planned and urgent changes—while maintaining structured and compliant change processes. Available for Full users with Change Control permission.
Update on App Version Number Placement
We’ve improved the placement of the App Version number.
Previously located under the profile menu, the App Version number is now easier to find:
Go to the Settings menu.
Under the General tab, you’ll see the App Version number is displayed clearly.
This makes version identification simpler when communicating with internal teams or SimplerQMS Support.
